In March 2024, a notable auction featured a Hungary 1695KV Transylvania 10 Ducats coin, graded MS 63. This gold coin, depicting Holy Roman Emperor Leopold I, had a starting price of CHF 140,000 (approximately $159,000). The coin's rarity is highlighted by only four examples listed in the grading company's census, with just one in a higher grade.

A recent auction showcased a collection of Transylvanian coins minted for the Rákóczi dynasty, a prominent noble family in Hungary between the 13th and 18th centuries. The collection, initially estimated at over €726,000, achieved a total hammer price of €2.4 million, exceeding the estimate by 334%. Including the buyer’s premium, the total reached €3.042 million, surpassing the estimate by 419%.

Among the standout pieces was a 10 Ducat coin from 1649, which sold for €412,000, more than doubling the previous record for an individual coin at the auction house. Other significant sales included:
